In the Osbournes' new book, Ordinary People: Our Story, she says: "I don't see myself as fat. I'm 5ft 2in and weigh around 120lb. Girls come up to me and tell me I've made them feel better about themselves.

"I'm not going to starve myself or work out. I'm not going to take diet pills. I don't even count calories. That's why I didn't talk to mum for two weeks after I found out she was thinking of having cosmetic surgery to make her look thinner."

Sharon says she decided against having surgery but instead had a tiny band fitted around the entrance to her stomach which made her feel full quicker.

But since then she has had cosmetic surgery including a tummy tuck, face lift, leg lift and liposuction - plus two boob jobs.

She says: "I had my legs lifted, my a** lifted, my face lifted - everything lifted. Whatever was left I had liposuctioned. By the time I got out of the hospital I was feeling the way I'd always dreamed."
