Male fan has surgery to look like J.Lo
MIAMI, April 14 (UPI) -- A male Jennifer Lopez fan has undergone plastic surgery in Miami for MTV's "I Want a Famous Face" to turn himself into a J.Lo look-a-like.
Michael J. Tito, 23, had breast and cheek implants, an eyebrow lift, eyebrow bone shaved and his hairline lowered in front of the MTV cameras for the reality show, Britain's Sun reported Wednesday.
Tito, who was a transsexual before the operation, now wants to be called Jessica and would like to become a model.
Lopez, he said, will be his role model for his new life as a woman, a transformation that also included hormone treatments.
"She's beautiful. ... She looks sexy and slutty -- and that's how I want to dress," Tito said.

DEVOTED fan Michael J Tito has had hours of plastic surgery to look like his heroine — pop diva Jennifer Lopez.
Michael, 23 — a pre-op transsexual — went under the knife for MTV reality show I Want A Famous Face.
Viewers will see him have breast and cheek implants, an eyebrow lift, eyebrow bone shaved and his hairline lowered.
Michael, who also underwent hormone treatment, explained why he wanted to be like J-Lo, 33, left. He said in Miami, Florida: “She’s beautiful. I like her a*** because it is big. She looks sexy and slutty — and that’s how I want to dress.”
Michael, now known as Jessica, hopes to be a model.
